NEW MEMBER INTRODUCTIONS!

Hey guys, this is Alex and Ben from DirtRoadTrip, some of you might already know us from facebook and expo. TangoBlue has been pushing us to get our butts over here the past few months so we finally decided to take the leap.

I currently drive a built 2013 Land Cruiser, and Ben has a well built 2010 4Runner Trail. We're both local to Northern Virginia and hope to link up with more of you guys in the future.

Welcome to AAV!

Welcome. Next time maybe you should listen to Tango a bit sooner. He seems to be giving good advice :)

Fair enough, from what I've experienced he's only given good advice.

Your Avatar looks strangely similar to a decal on my Taco, coincidence or conspiracy?

That must be one good looking Taco ;)

Welcome to AAV Alex! Its always good to see more East Coasters here. Maybe sometime our bunch of ARSES and you guys might get the chance to meet up around a campfire.

Look forward to the opportunity Haggis, we spend a decent amount of time up at Bald Eagle State Forest when we're romping around PA.

Hi guys, finally signed up here since being on ExPo. My name's Richard and I'm from the SoCal/310 area. Look forward to meeting some of you :)

Just realized I never said hello. So, Hello! Stalking Dave's Tacoma is what brought me here. One day, my little Tacoma will have it's very own Flippac. For now, it's only got 2100 miles and almost completely stock (mostly poor college student).

Hello All! I'm James and I was brought into this by a good ole Brother of mine, HuckFinn. I'm military by trade, mechanic by pleasure. I grew up in NH, but currently park in SoCal and I can't wait to explore a bit more! I drive Rovers and ride a couple dual sport/adventure bikes, so I'm really looking forward to being a part of this great community!

We've got a strong SoCal presence around here. Look forward to meeting you guys around a campfire one of these days!

It's not the gear, it's the attitude. If you're having a good time with what you have, you're miles ahead of half of the web wheelers that own all the gadgets.

Hi all. Some of you might have seen me over at the ExPo forum or the FJ forums. My name is Dennis and I drive a 2010 FJC. I live in Irvine. I finally met Dave at Overland Expo and am determined to make it to this year's MRV.

Morning all. Met Dave at the expo in Flagstaff a few weeks back and checked out the forum and events as a result. I've been offroading since I was a kid, learning how to drive and not roll over in an old LR110 with hay trailers when I was 11, followed by a number of beaten-up old tractors. I'm re-discovering the joys of camping, sharing the experience with my young daughter as we explore the SoCal campsites. Looking forwards to the event in September and hanging out meeting a bunch of like-minded folks, including buds Karl (Eurok) and Dennis (Dennx) and Jay JJStahl3, my brother in law.
