NEW MEMBER INTRODUCTIONS!

Welcome, Corey!

Utah is on my list of places to explore. Never been there except as a toddler, and I don't remember the visit. Saw the views from the Salt Lake airport once, on my way to another plane. Gotta get back there someday.

Corey, nice to have you around. I, too, am the daughter of daughters (three of them) and we have done a lot of exploration together, most recently to the Smoky Mountains in Tennessee (last week). It's great to see my girls enjoying the natural world and great to see you're sharing this with your girls as well.

Happy adventures!

Hey guys. Brett here from CA. I have a taco and am an avid hunter and outdoorsman. Glad to be here.

Welcome Keith, I will keep an eye out for you, I am an SBNF OHV Volunteer and spend a lot of time in Big Bear. It is one of my favorite places. Keep an eye out for the Mountain Rendezvous in September, it is right in your backyard

I will thanks. Ive seen a few of you in xi's and one guy in a old cj. I'm actually in Arrowhead(DLP), I put Big Bear because most people equate our mountain with that.

Hi, I'm Shane.
I found this site a while back but it slipped away...now I'm here & can't wait to explore.
I drive an FJC (on the weekends)
I drive a GX-470 (Daily)
I love the outdoors

And I run a Toyota Magazine....the new fun Toyota off-road magazine (Google it) =)

We should get something together then! I do know tbough, that there are not a lot of trails in the area that are full size friendly (I drive a quad cab long bed ram 2500), but I'm always down to camp and hang out.

You would be surprised where that Dodge will go

Hey fellas. Just ran into the site through Haggis. Its really cool seeing a bunch of old names from Expo I haven't seen in awhile. I know some of the folks on here. I have been on Expo since '05, before that Mud since the beginning, and before that the old Specter forums (where everyone came from that started Mud). I have kind of drifted away from the forums the past few years as the allure has faded. Seems like alot of my favorite folks from Expo wandered off. Anyway, hope to contribute on here, seems like a nice place to hang the ol hat.

Welcome to AAV Kristian, it's great to see you pop up over here. As you can see we like all sorts of outdoor adventures here and I look forward to some of your tales whether its from behind a wheel, holding on to a handle bar, gripping a paddle or cutting through some snow.

For anybody that doesn't know, Kristian is a pretty cool dude and one of the founders of the UP Overland forum. If you have any desire to travel through Michigan's Upper Peninsula, and you should, you can't ask for a more helpful and friendly bunch of folks than the members over there. They'll be more than happy to help you plan an awesome adventure.

Hey I'm Scott, from Henderson, NV (suburb of Las Vegas). Currently building an '89 GMC Suburban, had it since I was 15, 14yrs ago. Doing a damn near full restoration with a 5.3l/4L80E swap, one ton axles, 37s, etc... The goal is to build a reliable overland rig to travel around in. Getting close to firing it up for the first time, probably about 3-4 weeks out.

Anyway, I'll be lurking around the forums here and maybe post up a condensed build thread for my Suburban.
