Hello,
I am a member of So Cal Landcruisers. I have a 74 FJ 40 and a 94 Fzj80. The 40 has been sitting in the garage waiting for me to rock crawl it. I have been concentrating on the 80 out fitting it with a fridge and drawer platform. My friend Jerry of Tembo Tusk has provided a slide for my fridge. I will never go back to an ice chest again. There is something magical enjoying a Fugecicle while remote camping. My trail buddy (Henry dog) is always eager for the next outing. See you all in the mountains with our Dutch oven surprise.

During a recent meet and greet with some local overlanders/adventurist one of them mentioned this site, so here I am. Thanks Joker for the info.
Originally I'm from NC but currently the Army has me stationed in the DC area and I live in MD. I've always had a huge passion for exploring the back country and now I'm able to explore even more with my vehicle. So glad I've been introduced to this type of lifestyle.

Hi, I'm Ramsey. I joined the other day to sign up for the 2013 SoCal Mountain Rendezvous and am looking forward to meeting everyone with my wife Jan. We have a fair amount of experience and get out quite a bit in all sorts of vehicles over the years.

Harford County, 20 mile north of Baltimore. I will try and find the meet and greet thread to keep up on when the next will be. VA is about 1.5-2 hours depending on traffic.
