NEW MEMBER INTRODUCTIONS!

We are a team of regular dudes with families and jobs planning an expedition to backtrack the Oregon Trail in 2016.

Welcome - I feel like I know you already...

How about some more information... vehicles, names, locations, team members? We might have members in your area to connect with... :)

What's up everyone.

Browsed through here a few times, but have been putting off registering until today. (Like it's a real hassle huh? Ha.)

Born and raised in good ol' Southern California, and grew up exploring and camping in our local deserts. Eventually progressed into building my own truck and doing the "go fast' stuff.

The novelty of flying across the desert has worn off after doing it for 10+ years, so I built a 2005 Tacoma to explore what I could not previously. Quite a big change, but it's been a blast. And the best part? The girlfriend loves it.

Anyways, looks a little more laid back here then over on that other forum, so wanted to say hi and quickly introduce myself.

Oh yeah, and started my own blog too, to document us driving really far away to enjoy cold beer and cooking in the middle of nowhere. Check it!

Cheers,

Hey Whats up? Ringo here and love adventure traveling and camping. Been offloading for a while and look forward to doing more out west.

Hello all, just registered.

My name is Robert, and I'm from the DFW area of TX. I've got a long history of offroading, mostly rock-crawling before now. These days though, as my kids get a little older, my focus has been shifting to overland adventuring. I've always loved the outdoors and plan a few solo backpacking trips a year. I drive a 2014 Jeep JKU for my adventure-mobile and plan on building an offroad trailer with a RTT over the winter. In the planning stages now.

Anyway, wanted to drop in and say hello!

Regards,

Robert

Hello all! Zack i.e. The Chubby Outdoorsman here, I've been watching the forum for a while finally getting around to joining. I'm trying to start up The Chubby Outdoorsman to promote outdoor adventure lifestyle no matter your size. Proving all people can enjoy nature and the sense of adventure.

Hello everyone,

It is an awesome opportunity to join this community.

Currently reside in Ventura County and I enjoy going off the radar as much as possible.
My rig of choice at the moment is my 05' Land Rover LR3.

Very excited to build my relations with everyone here!

hello people! My names Seth, and for now I'm stationed in Lemoore CA. Crummy place but a good jumping point for all my recent adventures! I've been exploring more and more, farther and farther, and love it! I have my trusty FJ cruiser TTUE, and a roof top tent. I'm here for info and routs, and the occasional trail friend. I would like to get as much off highway as I can. And my nearest dream trip is from Lemoore to denali NP XO style. Any questions or comments hit me up.

Howdy!

My name is Yeager, and my girlfriend Beth & Alfredo are part of my story - We're the Traveling Trio!

We recently attended Overland Expo West and met some of the fine people that run the website as well as some of the members (1000AcreHumphalump was our neighbor there, and unbeknownst to us our neighbor out east too!)

We're currently traveling across the Americas (currently USA) living in our truck & truck camper. Feel free to follow along with us - Traveling-trio.com
