Heyo...thx for the forum. New here...have a 1999 Dodge 2500 diesel that is slowly getting Overlanderized. I am a pretty well traveled former Marine. Also have a KTM 990 that needs to see more miles. ..don't most of the toys need that though? Working on Ham license and gear and finishing (who am I kidding...it will NEVER be finished) the truck.
Living Redondo Beach for now.
Looking forward to stealing as much info as I can from the forum...hope to see ya'll soon.

Welcome Michael. Maybe you'll be able to make it North to Uwharrie, NC for the Appalachian Rendezvous in September to meet some other members, see some neat rigs, do a little driving, training, mountain biking, kayaking, canoeing, eating...
We just found this site through the American Adventurer facebook page. We are a Canadian family committed to 2 yrs (most probably more) of full time overland travel to explore the world. We started with North America in Aug 2014, and are currently in Florida, USA. We love to find off the beaten track campsites and hiking to explore the areas we are in. We began thinking we would be happy with 2 yrs, but the more we explore the more we find we want to spend more time, see more, adventure further!
