The biscuits, and I'm not talking Pillsbury either, and the roux from the cooked off sausage fat isn't hard to make.

If we're going to New England (or coming back) we stop at Dietrich's in PA for the best Amish meats we've ever tried. In the years we don't go up that way we've ordered about 15 pounds of their sausage for our pasta dinners...

It is the oldest restaurant/bar in Colorado and is a virtual wildlife museum. The various wild game offered for dinner is beyond description...
