Really guys...i don't know way you city folk make a big deal out of squirrel. It's quite delicious, lightly fricassed or in a stew. Pair it with a pheasant or grouse and it can't be beat. I eat snails, crustaceans, what ever biological category a squid or octopus is and all manner of other slightly disturbing things at one of you all's fancy city restaurants, why wouldn't you eat a tree rabbit?
At least it isn't chicken of the rail yard.
