Good point.

And even more in the bedroom if you go with Bunk Beds. Plus you can eat right out of the pot over the sink so no need for a kitchen table either.
 
That reminds me of my buddies "house". He has a 50'x100' garage and lives in a loft apartment above it. With log siding above a field stone wainscot exterior its nicer than most peoples houses.
