That's not unique to your area. I am blessed, but since my employment allows me a glimpse into other socio-economic groups, it's a lot more widespread than you may think.It's well known that I do not like winter. Those that say they do tend to be more affluent or live in areas where winter is just a passing thing or a season to visit. But when I drive around the economically depressed areas of our region all I can think of of those trying to get by on $10 an hour and attempting to keep up with the extra heating costs of long cold snaps like this. Especially considering most are living in older homes that aren't all that efficient.
