Just got back from a trip into the Sierras. My BFG KO2's keep impressing me. They did great except one spot where I had the truck chocked fore and aft. Backed down and took a steeper line without the poorly spaced rocks and up she went.
Loving these tires!
I have been very please with both the on road and off road manners of the KO2's since putting a set on in March of this year.
The biggest difference that I have noticed is better traction overall, especially during wet conditions. We drove through several storms during our trip to Zion NP recently, and we impressed with the new siping (sp?) that BFG has added to this version of the A/T KO.
Having been blessed with a 60,000 mile set last time out, I would expect the same performance from these.
So far so good.
Nice feedback and we, too, have been impressed with the KO2.
So, tell us more about your Zion NP trip? Sounds awesome (and could be a good subject for an issue of OutdoorX4).
How do they compare to the KOs?It's been on the to do list for a while now bit finally upgraded...to the same tire...just newer and bigger.
The BF Goodrich 37x12.5 17 KO2s.
