Real campfires have random conversations with topics that vary and change course on a whim, why not have one here. If you've got a conversation that doesn't really merit it's own thread, post it here and let's see where it goes!

I keep confusing Tango with Scott Brady. I mean, they look like twins. Creepy.

Well, yes. But he can turn that off when the camera is rolling. Tango does not have an off switch...

Oooo campfire talk! I like to show videos around the campfire... We can start with this one!

Other video removed due to questionable content. If you want to see it, look up "Thanks, Smokey!" on YouTube, same video maker as Save Miranda

Interesting... reminds me of when I first met Mark at Jim's house. And they wonder why I don't go in the water with them.

I still feel like Ned Beatty around them but with black ExOfficio boxers of course; the official ExPo undergarment of overlanders world-wide.

Hate to break it to ya but it's gonna take more than some nancy-boy underpants to make you pretty enough for a West Virginia Mud-Slide.

My son blames the downfall of civilization on pockets. His theory is that before humans had pockets they had no where to keep anything. Once pockets where invented humans could have more stuff because they had pockets to keep it in....and here we are today, still wanting more stuff!

My Random thought of the day is.

It's much easier to make a new good friend on the trail than it is on the internet. Someone you have never even met before. But now it's in person.

Because you can look each other in the eyes. Share a good chat and good memories. Help each other.

Talk around the campfire and share good stories and memories. Hear the inflection in their voice, knowing that you just made a new friend. Who has honor and respects you. Mutual respect is the key to a fun outback experience.

.....carry on.
