The Good Movie Thread!

We went an saw WWZ today...I was entertained...but ya it was nothing like the book. Honestly, I'm not even sure why they gave it the title and said it was based off the book. They are making another one, so perhaps it will tell another tale of the story, to kind of follow the format of the book? Who knows.

Saw Superman this last weekend. Entertaining. Lots of action. I'm not a fanboy of the comics, so I can't speak to the authenticity of the storyline. Not too much Costner. Russell Crowe was good. Zod was portrayed well. And Diane Lane is just a damn pretty woman, no matter how old they try to make her look.

Im a fan of Documentries. I just watched one called " Programming The Nation " It's an eye opener.

It's about how Television, Music, Advertising, Movies, Commercials, Media, & Government, use subliminal messages and propaganda to make people buy thier products, or believe in thier agendas, etc. It also talks briefly about project Haarp, and Psyops. I found the last 1/3 of the movie most interesting. I watched it on Hulu under new documertries, but I found a link for it on youtube if anybodys interested.

Saw WWZ yesterday. Quite enjoyable. I liked how there was still a framework of government left, not just complete anarchy. Still don't like fast zombies, but with my gimpy leg maybe they'll leave me alone.

Just started the book last night. I had heard that the movie and book shared title only. I didn't want to be disappointed by the movie, because movie is never as good as the book.
