After hanging out next to a custom van company at PNW Expo I am not convinced its what I want. For winter camping and skiing I think I'm going to purchase a heavy duty 4x4 and truck camper from some old retired couple that is unloading it cheap. Winter camping is fun but cold sucks. The vehicle that make winter camping comfortable sucks for trail time.
