I'm pretty happy with the way it turned out!

It's clear you've put a lot of thought into this build.
It's probably one of the best I've ever seen...

Thanks gents. Here's a couple interior shots of the completed camper

The rear dinette is awesome - bed, shower and dinette all in one spot with copious under seat storage space. And I can climb in there with the roof down when in bed configuration and stealth camp anywhere. A huge plus.

Fantastic fan and LED lighting. Copious outside light and ventilation can be had via the four large upper windows.

And of course the commode. The favorite feature per the ladies in the family is the Thetford C-200 cassette toilet with electric flush that uses water from the main 20 gal tank. This and the shower are what got this project approved by the Comptroller!

image.jpeg

For those wondering, the cassette holds 17 liters/4.491 gallons of waste and is removable for easy disposal at any normal restroom or campground black water facility.

The removable cassette.

I may have missed it, but is the spare tire box also made of fiberthane or aluminum?

Is the butt low becuase the nose was/is so high? That's my general dislike for 'leveling kits', they impact the loading capacity, or at least appear to do so.
Dude, he put in a really expensive set of CNC'd aluminum spacers up front... he's just gotta get a couple of taller blocks for the leaf packs in back and it'll be fine.

Regardless of the lift system and/or cost, lifting the front and not the rear [or not enough], which is common these days, often results in a low rear when substantial loads are added. Different and/or supplemental springs and/or spacers are one option.

Dave's truck has coils in the rear, like mine. We have discussed the option of coil insert auxiliary springs that are working well for me on my similar and very heavy truck.

In those pics the Air Lift bags are already on and at 35 psi. It seems they may not be enough so I'm looking at other options.

Here they are during install.

Thanks for clarifying that James - I'm real stupid... for adding some redneck humor to the post.
