Here's to all the hard work at Adventurist Life and @Chazz Layne :clang

Thanks so much you guys! It means a lot.

We've got a lot of work to do, but it's gonna be worth it.

Looking forward to raising a pint (or shot, or two) with everyone at DRV. Hopefully we'll be toasting our shared success!

Is it bad... I wish I had an extra $10,000 to hit that top notch on kickstarter... But alas I am not rich.

You guys rock! We're hammering away at it through the weekend and will be back with an update on Monday, if not sooner.

A Call for Contributors

We're still in need of more contributors to join the team (still, and always ;)). If you have some good stories, and great photos to go with them, please do get in touch. Feel free to send this invitation out to any other fellow adventurists that might not be on AAV yet, we can always be reached at ping@adventurist.life if they don't have an account.

Swag & Things

T-Shirt Mock-Up Back.jpg

Swag designs are done. The t-shirts are pictured above, I'd love to hear your feedback on them. The initial plan is to have both designs available in black, charcoal, and white. I also just ordered the first prototype of the patch...

Decal&Patch Printed 3-bar.png

Standard 3-inch round size....yes there will be a decal to match. :)

Design for the magazine is almost done too, and all the nerdy programming stuff to make it go isn't far behind. If anyone is interested in helping to beta-test before we launch just give us a shout, we'll be opening that up shortly after DRV. No special skills are required, just time to browse the site and email us with any bugs you run into (including your OS/phone and browser).

The Final Push

A huge thanks is owed to everyone who's liked and shared the Adventurist Life concept so far, and of course everyone who's pledged on the Kickstarter. All of you make the hard work and late nights worthwhile.

Last but not least, we're in the final half of the Kickstarter and we still have a long way to go. If you believe in the dream of a truly independent, community-driven adventure magazine, then now is the time to make some noise! Every like on social helps improve our reach, and every share is another set of eyes potentially joining the #adventuristnation.
