I've riden my dual sport all over North of Big Bear Lake but haven explored the south side much. This will be Barbara's first time up there and we are looking forward to exploring the mountains. My trucks not lifted so I'm sure I'm to big for John Bull and Dishpan Springs in my GMC Z71 but other than asking for body damage I'm game for a good ride.

There are plenty of mild/fun trails in the area for those of us looking to have a good time without getting scraped up. Come find the blue Jeep TJ when you get up there and we'll talk trails!

OK, I've tried for 5 days now to send my donation for the MRV, and I keep getting errors from PayPal. I've been assuming it was a problem on the PayPal side, but I was just able to submit a payment for some merch to another vendor. Thinking things had finally been resolved I went back in and tried to send again to AAV and I'm still getting the same error.
I've been trying to send the money to info@americanadventurist.com - can anyone confirm if that's the correct paypal address? My last resort is to create a second paypal account, but I've been hoping to avoid that step!

Are you using the donate button at the bottom of the page, or just going to paypal and putting in the address? You should be able to just click below, sign into paypal, put in $20 and hit send

I've tried both. I initially thought I was having issues since I have two-factor authentication turned on with PayPal (so the redirect from this website to paypal.com forces me to re-login/authenticate, etc.), but now I have no idea what's going on.

I had the same issues, on Tapatalk it just wouldn't go through, I finally got good WiFi on my computer. Very frustrating, looks like you got a friend!

Tapatalk is terrible for a variety of reasons, add one more to the list. I always recommend full desktop view for optimum user experience.

We're not running a wait list this year - too much work to administer it especially after last year's "swirl" at the end.
That said, if we have some openings I'll post up when we get closer to the event so stay tuned
