Whats your Ham Call

Just giving this thread a bump. There have been a lot of new people since this originally went around. I will get the list updates shortly
 
Along those lines, maybe we can get a standing testing team going for the SoCal events.

I'm happy to get certified as a VE, although I'm only a General so could only oversee Tech testing.

Should we start a thread and get this rolling?
 
KG5IQN New tech, got it specifically for overland adventures with two other friends and their rigs, although I sat the test back in the early 90s but failed the morse section.

Regardless the Family Adventure Van will have a mounted dual band soon (finishing the roof rack before mounting antennas. That and the ARRL was heavily consulted in the first releases of my book series, as HF contacts play a big role.
