Thinking about bringing this to DRV for one reason...

Not only is it a delicious beer, but thier cans are awesome. Sure it's $16/ 12pk, but I am considering picking up two 12 packs just for thier slogan alone...

I'm hitting my local total wine before the trip. I'll being a couple 12 packs. Come find the land yacht if you wanna try one!

Tony Dean usually has some of that with him when he comes. I had no idea it was that expensive. Not bad tasting beer as I recall.

If the PHd in Beer up at UC Davis has his way, bottles will mostly go away. It isn't an accident or marketing that S-N is now in cans. Turns out that lined cans are better for storing beer than bottles of any color. Or so that guy says.

I bet the boys at ALCOA are 100% on board with that...

... but, there is still something to be said for any beverage served in a nice glass container :beer

Agreed 100%.. I would really like to bring some glass bottles to DRV, but hear that's a no no, so I'll refrain ;)

Dale's Pale Ale is one of my favorite backpacking beers, another time when canned beer rules. Boddington's is another. Luckily there are a lot of nice craft beer options in cans now from 21st amendment, Sierra Nevada, Oskar Blues, etc.

Now what to do about my bourbon???

H24 is another one if my favorite breweries. I know the owner Ben, and he's a pretty cool dude.

I have a small beef with him that has no business here, but he is a good guy with a good company, and is doing a lot to give back to the community. The Orange Wheat is my favorite beer, and I will run you down for a Gourdgeous

Perhaps we could do a local beer exchange. We did this at another event several years ago. I dunno about you, but most of the AZ breweries have at least one offering in a can these days….

I am game, I will at least bring some to share, and will try to get by the brewery and fill the growler

Ok then I'll grab a six pack or two of some good local stuff…and none of it will be Kiltlifter…so overrated!

That Hangar 24 is pretty good!!
