LOL. I ain't out to save the planet.

I liked the 4 week 12,000 mile cross country trip I did and I want to do another. I didn't like it at an average of 10mpg with gas at about $3 per gallon.

I'm searching for a unicorn. Something with the capacity of a truck and the efficiency of a Prius. This is as close as I can get but the catch is that it's electric and the infrastructure isn't there.

Meanwhile, this winter on the big I-95 gridlock in Virginia recently and elsewhere, the shortcomings of EV are on display.

No fun being in a Tesla or any other EV when stranded in winter.

Looks like a Solid No on my end. Maybe some would be interested but outside of urban environments I think this is is not going to accomplish what I need done.
