Rocky Road Outfitters??

I bought my full OME kit for my 99 Gen 2.5 from them. Good interaction by phone and delivered on time. I would use them again.

I also like Sierra Expeditions and recommend them as well.

Eric

Well I'm seeing a trend here great reviews thanks.

I'll have to see if they have a kit for my Monty and compare pricing.
Perhaps you've already done this, so feel free to ignore my advice and leave it for someone else reviewing your thread.

I encourage anyone to educate themselves before pulling the trigger on a new suspension by performing a little research on their own first. It's your responsibility to be a good consumer - make yourself a little smarter before negotiating a new suspension with any business.

In this case there isn't a huge offering of aftermarket components for Mitsubishi's. ARB offers OME suspensions and Ironman has one available but since the demand for this make/model sometimes it isn't always available immediately on the distributor's shelves; it will come from overseas.

ARB has a "vehicle application guide" on-line that you can precisely determine the correct suspension for your vehicle, which further allows you to research the best price by part number. Further examination of the website can give you even more specific details of individual components if you're up to that rigor.

I was unaware that ARB had that. You are absolutely right not very much available for my rig, other than Australia. I would much better get parts that work with each other. I know I need higher weight for the rear as when loaded up it sags like a "bro truck". As you've said in other post "buy once, cry once" this 100% applies to this, as I'm sure your aware suspension is not cheap. And is something I will not cheap out on because it's a crucial part(s)to a rig. I will go on their(ARB) site and check it out. Thanks a million @TangoBlue for your help.

Rocky Road Outfitters makes good parts and kits for Zuks and Jeeps, but I have had less than satisfactory customer service from them in the past. A close friend did as well.

My experience:

I ordered a bumper for my 4Runner. They sent the wrong bumper then refused to take it back. I had to get ARB involved directly to make it right.

My buddy's experience:

He ordered the lift for his YJ from them, despite my concerns. The parts were well designed and easy to install. No problems there. The problem was that it took 6 months to get the parts, and during that time we had a Jeep in my back yard that we couldnt put back together after an 8.8 swap, t case rebuild, re-wire, top end engine rebuild, new drive shafts, etc. RRO's BS destroyed our rebuild timeline and got me in hot water with the Missus.

Ill think long and hard before ordering from them again, and if its ARB stuff, there are better resellers out there. TRDParts4U is my favorite, and they can order anything ARB for any model, not just Yotas. Sierra Expeditions is also a solid outfit.

6 months!! I would have blown a gasket. That really sucks.
I just seen I got a pm from a member here with a deal. But now after reading Tangoblue reply I'm going to look at it in more detail as to what I NEED and want. I think I was about to jump the gun, as my very short patience was about to get the best of me.
