I'm with Haggis. It's the adventure, the camaraderie, the cooking, the discovery and hanging around the campfire that gets me going. I have a basically stock 2004 F-150 4x4 crew cab. It gets me where ever I want to go with 2-3 friends and my dog and whatever gear I want to bring. It doesn't get any better than that! I don't seek out rock-crawling trails, I seek out destinations. I'm for stories about the adventure of finding a way to parts unknown and all the things (gear, activities, sights and sounds, photos and, most importantly, the people) that make getting there an experience that will never be forgotten. Focus on the regular folks who cut out early from work on Thursday to spend a three day weekend of exploration in the local outback and then once in a while, take a week off and go for it with a 1500 mile journey.

I've been hemoraging money left and right on my trailer build and since I'll be on the road for the next 2-3 months it doesn't make much sense to subscribe just yet but, I will pick an issue up at Barnes and Noble if they carry it. Do they?
