Off on a new Adventure...

The "REAL" RocketMAN!

I thought that term was reserved for astronauts? Although, given the chance...

Awesome. Congrats and good luck. That there is something to be proud of. I'm jealous.

Thank you. I am really looking forward to the change.

Congrats Scott! What a great opportunity and I hope it is a fulfilling as it sounds!

Thanks. I hope so, too. I'll tell you all about it next year on the paddle trip. ;)

Hey, when you go to land on Mars, make sure you are using either standard or metric measurements, not both! Your job sounds really cool

My Ford used both SAE and metric - what a PITA!

I wonder what they used on the ISS? It is the International Space Station, after all...

I meant it in the most complimentary way possible. Nicely done V8 in a Ranger (which FoMoCo couldn't handle); the Scott B Special from Little Guy and then modified very nicely; and the fixes to what Toyota sells as a small truck. Good engineering and execution.

Well, thank you.

I think I will have the opportunity to put my engineering skills to good use (unlike at my current position.)

I'm betting this new position will inspire all sorts of new upgrades to the Tacoma. I won't rule out an SRB for the "boost phase" of interstate entrance ramps. :D

Don't give him too many ideas. Some of us want to caravan with him to Rendezvous next year. I don't think my Jeep's Pentastar is really that astronomical.
