This I know, I have a friend who is ECV, and I've been talking to him about the organization. I'm gonna meet up with him in the near future to discuss the organization a bit more in depth.Yep and you live in the territory of arguably the most active chapter too.
I know some stuff from talking to my mom, who's dad was a clamper, but it's a very secretive organization, I know that much. I know they are all about protecting widows and orphans, and erecting monuments, with emphasis on the gold rush days of the old west, and learning about the history of such events that took place.Just got through a trip with a senior member of ECV. Will see if I can convince him to sign up and provide more details.

Duh... A clamper is an electronic circuit that fixes either the positive or the negative peak excursions of a signal to a defined value by shifting its DC value. The clamper does not restrict the peak-to-peak excursion of the signal, it moves the whole signal up or down so as to place the peaks at the reference levelWhat the hell is a clamper and what is the EVC?

ECV is External Cephalic Version - a process by which a breech baby can sometimes be turned from buttocks or foot first to head first. It is usually performed after about 37 weeks. It is often reserved for late pregnancy because breech presentation greatly decreases with every week.
