I also have used an Outback Oven with great success for 25 years. I now prefer a Dutch Oven, but when going "light" I still use it. Cakes, brownies, pizza, biscuits, it all works. Here is a link to a Canadian store MEC. Similar to REI.

+1 for the Coleman Camp oven, ,, I cant remember a trip growing up in Humboldt Redwoods, or Bullards Bar, Calaveras Big Trees with my parents where Mom & Nana didnt have Cornbread, and a cobbler going in those things.

Not sure of the build quality currently Vs. 30(+) years ago,, but for the price,, probably worth a try
