Charcoal is still allowed in my backyard if you still want to make itWell the charcoal ban kinda sucks. I packed and loaded my truck two days ago for this event with dutch ovens, and won't be home before. My recipe is a dessert of my own invention that requires baking (and got rave reviews on the test bake). Oh well, back to the drawing board.
Pretty cool of you jerry! No Charcoal.
As the sponsor of the Dutch Oven contest, I will be happy to offer the use of a TemboTusk Skottle grill to anybody who wants to try a different style of cooking.
Please let me know and I will bring as many as needed. Maybe we can start a new contest variation! Best Skottle dishes!

Man that looks good, I'm hungry now.
I'm going to assume that switching from a charcoal "camp oven" to a legless "dutch oven" so we can more easily cook over gas isn't going to be a problem for the competition?
My planned recipe will still work!
I'll bring along three Mojoes and three Camp Chef stoves if anyone wants to use them like at the Toys for Tots Pot Luck.
The Camp Chefs work great at heating up Dutch oven lids to smokin' hot very quickly so if you need top heat for your recipe you can heat up your lids periodically during your cook.
