My 98 Wrangler's check engine light has come on and the code is indicating a transmission solenoid issue. Having gotten shoddy service from a previous transmission shop I am looking at recommendations for good transmission places. Although the code is indicating a bad solenoid, with my luck it will probably need another rebuild. I am in Riverside but will drive to find good reliable service. Automatic trans. Thanks in advance.
 
The only place I will take a vehicle for transmission work is Chino Hills Transmission. They are not the cheapest around but they do great work, and I trust them. They specialize is high performance off road and drag race applications but work on anything. Ask for Greg or Rick.
 
Tustin transmission has never let me down. Its a little far for you but I have had several done with them. They never let me down, fast turn around, friendly staff, and reasonable prices.
