Recommend a remote fridge monitor?

Can anyone recommend a remote fridge monitor I can use with a National Luna?

I have had a couple trips recently where things shifted and plugs got loose or switches got bumped. I would have loved to have known in time to keep the beer from getting warm.
 
I installed a temp monitor on my Engel fridge, Wired it into the 12v coming into the fridge. Will not work on the 110 side. Not a remote for the cab but I know the temp of the fridge every time I walk by it.
 
Thanks. I am really looking for something I can see from the driver's seat. The Fridge itself has a pretty visible display if I am walking nearby, and I position the fridge so I can see that through the window when we are camping.

The two occasions this has happened were both while driving. One loose plug, and one switched breaker on a NL Power Pack. We keep everything strapped down pretty tight, so both probably happened while we were loading the truck, but I can't tell for sure. The NL Weekender does not hold its temp well when it's not running. I am trying to figure out if a transit cover and some extra insulation will help, but in the mean time, I had warm beer and melted ice cream. Not a tragedy in the grand scheme of things, but I am trying to cuss less and this didn't help.
