Across social networks, you’ve probably seen pictures of people paddling in a canal east of the Bonneville Salt Flats (Utah).
Unfortunately, people are attracted by the color of the water (which really indicates its toxicity), and they continue going there because of these pictures on social networks.
Please note that this canal is on private property owned by the mining company Intrepid Potash, which carries toxic mining waste with a highly alkaline pH (corrosive). Toxic Trespassing…
