We'll be adding a list of all the vendors here shortly... :)

I'll be parked/camped/set-up over in the "Featured Vehicle Area" (Booth #A30) with the LJ and M101 trailer.

I'll also be teaching two classes:
  • DIY Overlander: Budget Cargo Systems (Hands on Vehicle Pavillon = Fri 9a & Sun 3p)
  • Basics of Visual Storytelling (Classroom #1 = Fri 2p & Sat 10a)

Also a part of a few roundtable discussions (all three at Round Table Pavillon):
  • The Art of Traveling Solo (moderator - Sun 10a)
  • Regional Q&A: Continental US - East (moderator - Sat 10a)
  • To buy or build your overland vehicle (panelist - Sat 4p)

A great aerial view from the main camp area looking towards Expo and the Mormon Lake Lodge area by Brent Haywood.

I am stoked for a great time! Since I am an Overland Expo cherry, what does the "Happy Hour" actually entail? And would we be best advised to be prepared to brew our own coffee? Thanks!

It's been a few years since I went but the happy hour usually means beers and light food with the manufacturers. Kind of a "hang out and have a brew time."

Best to be prepared to be self sufficient, but lots of opportunities abound. I always bring to much food and try and give away stuff. Seems I always bring exactly how much booze I need though (never any leftovers there!)

Directory updated in post #2 above.

Not that camping should be improved this year as day pass folks are no longer allowed to camp, only those with weekend passes or experience package folks can camp on site.

Stop by Oasis A and say hi!

Scott, welcome!

The happy hours are open to all. If you have an Overland Experience packages you'll get one free drink ticket; otherwise the beer is for sale.

There will be an excellent coffee vendor on site (Coffee 911). However, he's popular, so if you have your own way to make coffee you'll be ahead of the game.
