Ever consider turning the bottom two overload springs over and see what happens?
I've screwed up enough leaf springs on my YJ over the years, I've put together some home brew spring packs that have worked surprisingly well (until they didn't). No bumpstops on my YJ, I've broken more than my share of spring packs.
