I'm amazed that anyone wanted that plate for their own vehicle. Assuming that it's a custom plate. I don't suppose 1number-3letters-2numbers-1 letter is a normal CA plate sequence that came up by accident?

It's custom as its the new 'old style' black plate/yellow letter/number.

Not by chance either as CA isn't yet out of the number, 3 letter, 3 number combinations yet. Getting close tho as we're issuing plates beginning with 8 to passenger cars now.
