Not sure, but have reached out to the company to find out. I'll let you know when I know. For sure this bottle has a few advantages over the Vapur bottles, one being that when stored empty the bladder part of the bottle is protected with hard plastic.
 
Nalgene makes a similar collapsible bottle, and the reason I say this is because it can adapt to the MSR line of water filters. Screws right on top. Will these adapt to a filter?
 
Great question, and sadly I don't know as I haven't used the MSR filters and don't have the bottle handy to check into it. (As I'm currently traveling in Australia :) )
