For those of you who are attending the 2014 Mountain Rendezvous, you probably already know about the Saturday Morning Pancake Extravaganza hosted by Mojoe Outfitters and American Adventurist. I thought it might increase the anticipation and drool factor if I gave you all a preview of what we'll be making: Blueberry Pancakes and Bacon! Of course we will be using the Mojoe Griddle (three of them actually) so that we can pump out food for everyone at a high rate of speed.
Along with my buddy Kris, "woody" (Ralph) has graciously volunteered to help with the cooking and I have anointed him with the title of Bacon-meister!
Here are a couple of videos showing pancakes and bacon being cooked on the Mojoe over a campfire. Of course, with the fire restrictions, I will be using Weber BBQ's as the heat source for the MRV.

It doesn't appear that MoJo will be attending the Expo East venue. Maybe I can make something similar and mount it on a rim and axel so it spins and shoots pancakes to people's plates...
