For those of you who enjoyed the Carnitas Tacos that Kris and I made at the Desert Rendezvous this year, I just posted a video on our YouTube Channel that gives you step by step instructions. This recipe will be featured in the upcoming issue of OutdoorX4 Magazine in the "Back Country Diner" section. If you haven't yet subscribed to OutdoorX4, you should!

This video contains the first of three Alternate Endings in which I finish the carnitas and the soft taco shells on a Mojoe Griddle on a Weber BBQ. In the other two endings, I use the Mojoe griddle on a Camp Chef stove and a Campfire. Those endings will be posted shortly.

Raul, Cam's carnitas are indeed drool worthy! It's definitely a privilege to share this recipe in OutdoorX4.

Props to Cam on an informative and at times, humorous video. It's definitely an enjoyable video to watch. :)
