Here is another video in a series of three Mojoe seafood cooking shows that Kris and I shot on our recent trip to San Quintin, Baja. In this case, we invited some fishermen staying at the hotel to join us in a fish taco feast so they donated the halibut that they caught surf fishing earlier in the day! Halibut turned out to be the perfect fish for our Baja Style Fish Tacos!

Cam I want to see that photo turned upside down so it looks like Chris is the catch LOL :lol
 
Every time I watch one of these videos... I am amazed. You need to call me so I can tag along for your next baja trip lol
 
Cam, those look absolutely incredible and I'm sure they're just as good as they look given how delectable your camp meals are. :)

Hey Ralph:

There was a time, about three decades ago when women considered Kris "a Catch"! Sadly, this is no longer the case. The women in Baja kept saying the word: "Abuelo" when talking with him.
