The Mojo griddle is great for cooking for a group. Cam has been a long time supporter of the Rendezvous events so I can tell you, the videos do not do it justice. @Mojoe Outfitters is quite the Chef
It's a SOLID piece of gear made to last a thousand years. Highly recommended.

just by how he picks it up looks like its solid. I was looking for something that I can place on my Weber Little Joe & use in the fire pit. My wife loves my Mexican Street Taco's, this would be perfect for that.
It absolutely is perfect for that. Prepare to cook some delicious meals!

His videos are pretty entertaining and make me hungry. 
A couple of the guys I used to camp with had similar setups they'd made as well as converted disc blades (think Tembo Tusk Skottle but more Mexican style like you see in Baja) . The big griddles are great for group camping but a bit more than I want to carry for one or two people.

I like the idea of flat round griddle style than concaved wok style. In my younger days (before I was married) I rodeo'd me & buddies always went to Mexico in the late 70's & 80's, the street taco's were cooked on flat griddles, between the taco's & the mescal being consumed I became a serious taco carnivore.
