Joe is a paddler!

A few days ago we picked up kayaks for Ann and Joe and I borrowed one from our older son. Here are pics of Joe in his first ever on his own paddle... in his very own 6' sit on top. He took to it like a pro. After paddling we practiced self rescue and he is good to go.

Remarkable how he took to it. The no fear thing can be disconcerting to his slightly aging parents

Matt - any time you guys want to come down for the day or weekend we can take the kids to the lakes for swimming and paddling. Can even go back into the property and camp if you'd like.
