They are going to have some stiff competition with Rock Auto already having a foothold on the market.
 
Prices will give them an edge. Every time I've checked both, Amazon has had a better price with prime, especially when you factor in shipping. RA still charges it. A few times they had a better price, it was canceled by shipping. And I ended up saving with Amazon.

The only time I've had to use Rock Auto is when Amazon didn't have the correct part. Like @hidesertwheelin I've been using them for auto stuff for awhile. Actually just about everything these days. Prime and pricing, they're the walmart gods of the internet.

Even other sites I don't frequent as much.
