Well, I'm back I guess. I got sucked into and addicted to FB as it was so much easier to upload trip pictures than on here or wanderthewest. Although it was easier, the stress of this past election and the division we see in America became too much for me to deal with. That and for the past three years I've been dealing with Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth which is really tough on me. It causes food allergy like symptoms and I become violently ill at times. Poor diet and stress are the main causes of SIBO. well, I've been seeing a dietitian and am working on ways to reduce stress in my life. One of which was removing FB from my life for good. Which of course frees up time to visit my old haunts like here on American Adventurist. It's good to be back, I hope all is well with everyone here and I look forward to continuing my relationships here with all of Y'all.

I feel the same about "The Book of Faces" or as my sister calls it "The Brag Book".
I'm currently in Mexico, if I post it here a few guys that I like (Mostly) will see it if it's on Facebook the whole world will know.
