Imported Defenders being seized by DHS

After spending some time reading through that thread, it's unreal how douchy those guys are to each other. I don't feel as bad for them anymore.

My take away from that thread is that is that many of those guys deserve whatever they have coming to them, starting with having their land rovers taken away. You could feel the hate.
 
I didn't read the whole thread, but the US importation laws are generally retarded. The twenty five year rule is especially retarded. Some forms of civil disobedience I'm good with.


Disclaimer for the gov types, I've got a boring US 2005 Tacoma and an old VW bus that was brought in to the US when it was new in 1978.
 
Time to pressure your reps to change the law? Not liking the law doesn't allow you to break it.

My guess is that if there is resistance to changing the law from law makers, then start following the money. Chances are someone is feeding them money to keep it this way.
