I had a really good experience with this manufacturer today. 5-6 years ago, I bought this bottle from a vendor at the Mid-Atlantic Overland Festival. I have no receipt. I love this bottle, it keeps ice all day. It is too heavy for hiking, but in the jeep or RZR it is great. Anyway, I bought a new Hydroflask flip cap lid from an Amazon vendor. When I tried the new lid, it leaked. I emailed Hydroflask to ask what lid would work. They told me they had changed the threads slightly. They are sending me a new bottle! The bottle was expensive but I still thought this was pretty good service considering there is nothing wrong with my bottle, just an old model.
