ARB Fridge/Freezer users question

I know its probably the best choice but is a 50QT one good enough for say a weeks worth of food for 2?

I plan to use a cooler as well so thinking it might.

I think you will be fine. The nice thing about a fridge is you don't have to put everything in. You can throw a couple drinks in and when you take one out restock so you save a lot of room.

We have an 80, and did a two week trip without restocking and brought home leftovers with room to spare

Yep, 50 should be more than ok, I'd think. I'm always surprised at the amount of food I get into mine.

Agree. It sounds/looks small, but the fact that you don't have to use any ice allows them to store significantly more stuff than a conventional cooler. Take a look at the Edgestar 'fridges at www.compactappliance.com Not as fancy as an ARB, had mine for 7 years and it's still going strong.

As others said, should be good. You can fit a lot in there if you pack it correctly. Biggest thing don't stock it full of of drinks, add as needed...they get cold quick. I think ok4wd has the best deal going on.....

I'm with bob91yj, had I not gotten a screaming deal on arb, I would have probably gone edgestar. Cris and Bob both have edgestars, and I know at least 5 other people with edgestars that love them. For the price they are hard to beat.

Ok will look into getting it... just waiting for a call on my refi before I go spending $ I may need.

Pssh, that sounds like you are trying to get away with being a responsible adult. Well let me tell you, that is frowned apon around here
