I have attached a PDF file for the volunteer agreement for the 2017 fiscal year which starts October 1 2016. Anybody (each person in vehicle needs one including minors) who is coming out for their first adopt a trail day needs to print the form, and bring it to that days trail leader.
A photo will be taken of the form and emailed to Ranger Greg Hoffman. This form needs to be recorded BEFORE you begin the work day, and if it is not on file then there is no coverage in the event of an injury.
I will try and keep a few of these forms in my rig, but dont count on there being a copy unless you bring it.
