Rothco Special Ops Tactical Softshell Jacket

I've been looking at this jacket for a while now (including other brands) and I was wondering if anyone's had any experience with them. Cost wise its very appealing since it about a third of the cost of most high performance outdoor branded softshell.

Here's review on youtube but I was hoping someone would have some personal experience with it. Any input would be greatly appreciated
