Roof Top Tent Extreme Weather Covers?

Anyone try this out yet? Seems like a good concept, can add extra rain proofing and keep in some heat. Looks like several re-sellers are carrying them now. At different prices but they appear the same. May also help if your tent is getting older like mine to help protect the fabric.

What I want to know is who makes the rack to carry the 8' step ladder around? The concept has worked reasonably well for the Flip Pac though.

I'd strap it on before I would pop the tent up. No need for that 8' ladder ;)

Need to measure my RTT but it looks like the tuff stuff $99 one would work for mine. They all appear to be from the same factory in China so no need to blow another $100+ on another re-brand.

this year I bought Tepui's Insulator for my Smittybilt RTT mod. 2783. We've used it numerous times already & found a huge difference in comfort (warmth). We are still tweaking the use so the condensation issue will be less. The nice thing about this liner is it attached inside the tent in 3 minutes & removes just as fast. We still find some condensation were we have to wipe down the walls & put a 12v. Endless Breeze fan in the tent to dry it off (which takes about 30 minutes) before we put the tent away.
As you see in the photo the bottom of the liner tucks under the RTT mattress (our Exped Duo 10). The only dislike to this liner is the zippers for the windows open from the bottom up instead of the top down. We crack the sky light on the RTT then the liners sky light flap is open. It seems the Proplex Heater we have creates more condensation between the 2 surfaces unless we zip open the windows so the heat from the Proplex circulates between the liner & RTT inner wall which we haven't tried this yet.
