Yeah, I had an already-weak latch break on me, bent and stripped one mounting bolt, the rivets holding the pull down strap rubbed a hole in the fabric, and the interior dome LED never stays seated in its mount. Dust does get into the tent as well, as I experienced on my last outing.

I've only spent probably two weeks total in it thus far, since I got it 6 months ago. Lots of road time as it's my daily, but for the time ive actually spent in it with a few breaks like this, is a little disappointing, but not ruining me time with it. First gens always have problems but I'll be in contact with CVT about it. I'm sure they already have the problems taken care of in their second gen tent.
