I just scored an open box video camera for $50 off the normal price from the Blue and yellow store. It had a sticker saying the power cord was missing but it was in the box, so...? Anyway I didn't want to break the bank trying to learn videography and this unit had good reviews and ease of use. At a full charge, it will record up to 3 hours. It will film in Full HD 1080, It has 9.2 megapixels-Still image recording, 60X Clear image zoom, 26.8mm wide angle lens, 50 Mbps High bitrate, MP4 dual video recording. Another benefit is the fold out flip forward screen for self recording. Plus it has a built in lens stabilizer and the HandyCam is very lightweight. There's probably something I'm forgetting but that's the gist of it for now.
