Do you mean that it's all solid plywood, 1-2" thick? No foam or stud framing or gaps between? Isn't that quite heavy?

Looks like a nice design and a very functional rig! Thinking of building something myself and i'm scouring the internets looking at what others have done, with particular interest in building methods.
 
^^^^@woodienut lives in Mexico now, he's not on here as much as he used to be. He sold that trailer, and I believe it has been sold again.

Yes it was solid Birch plywood, and yes it was heavy.
