Son of a Bitch...Chris decided that some Alloy USA ball joints were in order to replace the stockers that have been in there for 25 years.

For some unknown reason, it didn't occur to me to start soaking the old ones with penetrant oil a week ago. From my perspective, my supervisory skills were on point, but we still played hell getting the old ones out/new ones in on the passenger side. After 4-5 hours of working on it we finally got that side done. Chris still has to get the knuckle axle shaft and brakes back together, then tackle the driver side.

Dang looking sexy.. love it!! Love the bench seat too.

Thanks Scott. I am really happy with how it came out. Hope to have the new mount fabbed and welded into the existing cage by the end of the week. MORE PICS TO COME!!!!!!!!!!!

More work done. Notched, tacked and welded. The rear cage will strengthen the frame, reinforce the shock mount and provide a more then functional way tho mount the bench seat/camp box (for the weekend get away without the kiddos). MORE TO COME!!!!!!

Been a while since I posted anything on here. UPDATE: new seat is in. Harnesses are in. Came up with a "fancy" way to get my first aid bags up of the floor.
