Yesterday Sally & I are slowly putting together our camping dry box as of stocking it.
Were using Plano Sportsmans 56qt. trunk. Items stored like
Aluminum Foil, Parchment Paper, assorted seasonings, Salt & Pepper, Cold Brew Tea Bags, Ice Tea Jug, Powder White Country Gravy Mix, Brown Gravy Mix, Chicken Gravy Mix, Pork Gravy Mix, Onion Soup Mix, Old El Paso Refried Beans, Old El Paso Red Enchilada Sauce, Bush's Original Baked Beans, Wolfs Chili w\o Beans, Ranch Style Beans, Hormel Corned Beef Hash, can Slice Potatoes, can Green Beans, All Purpose Flour, Yellow Corn Meal, Sugar, can Veg-All, Kraft Macaroni & Cheese, Pam Spray, Canola Oil, Coffee & Coffee Filters, Egg Noodles, Egg Holder Container, Can Corn, Texas Pete's Hot Sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, Top Ramen, Paper Towels, Campbell's Tomato Soup, Tomato Sauce, Diced Tomatoes, Tomato Paste, Swiss Miss Hot Coco Mix, powdered Tang orange drink & bulk rice. These have a good storage life, minus perishable foods & food condiments will be stocked prior before leaving in the dry box or our Engel 12v. 22qt. fridg\freez.

I've been making my own BBQ rubs & seasonings for years.
My All Purpose Rub: is for Tri Tip's, Beef Brisket, Beef Roast, Beef Short Ribs & Hamburgers.
My Cajun Seasoning is for Cajun soups, Blacken Fish, Pork Ribs, Pork Butts, Hamburgers, Chicken, Quail, & Venison.
My Philly Steak Seasoning: philly steak sandwiches, philly steak style cheese burgers, philly steak hamburger casserole.
